Creative Critical Reflection 4

How did you integrate Technologies- Software, hardware and online- In this project?
So first the way that we have incorporated technologies into this product is by the distribution plan. Our distribution plan incorporated a large amount of technology. As we would want to offer an online subscriptions service that is upheld by an application or a website that would be in our best interest. As well as throughout the project i have had to use cameras and editing tools to not only take the photo but to edit it and then insert it into the magazine. To create the magazine i used web design and published such as Microsoft publisher and Canva in order to create the theme and layout of the magazine. Those online programs helped me immensely with the editing and the changing of the  layout for my magazines.These programs made it easier to make my cover more conventional because of the options that the online publisher provided me.  So because these publishers helped my find my magazines color scheme and the basic conventions used in the magazine. We integrated a decent amount of technology into this product.

Creative Critical Reflection #1

How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent social groups or issues? My project is conventional and uses conventions throughout the magazine.Typically the front cover of a magazine has a mid shot to a close up for a background and it typically has the Magazine title with the other announcements on the page. This is typically what a conventional magazine. The color of thee magazine in this instance is extremely bright and has more lighting in the picture. A magazine typically can both have darker lighting and also can have a lighter type of lighting. My magazine has a dark lighting which is still conventional compared to other magazines. So as you can see my magazine has darker lighting which is stereotypically conventional compared to other magazines. 3rd quarter revison/submission

These are my revisions for the third quarter. If you look at the comparisons you can see that the table of contents and the cover for the magazine have changed drastically since the beginning forms of the magazine. For the table of contents i changed the layout of the page to make it more organized. Instead of having it more simple i created it to be more appealing. As well as to make it easier for the reader to find out where they should be going. The coverpage i made it so the reader would be drawn to a few certain areas of the page. I changed the font and the location of the words to make it overall more appealing to the reader. The editing of the final submission is still a work in progress however. Throughout the continuation of the next few weeks i will be editing the spread of the two magazine articles. by adding new pictures and changing the layout of the page.
